You may assume no duplicates in the array.

Output: 2

Example 2:

Input: [1,3,5,6], 2
Output: 1

Example 3:

Input: [1,3,5,6], 7
Output: 4

Example 4:

Input: [1,3,5,6], 0
Output: 0

 4         int s = nums.size();
 5         for(int i = 0; i < s; i++) {
 6             if(target <= nums[i]) {
 7                 return i;
 8             }
