  • Oh absolutely. I mean, back then, I didn't even understand what it meant to feel overwhelmed. 
  • I guess I might get busier as I get older.

  • Just a couple of days ago, I was up late working on the project for my company. 
  • I didn't even get a minite to breath.

  • Not really. For me, holidays are a chance to slow down and relax.

  • Honestly, I think both extremes are unhealthy. Being too busy drains my energy, being too free makes life dull.

  • Sometimes, I do. When I buy something spefic for my family, I will make a shopping list. 
  • But if I buy some random things, I just go with the flow.

  • I suppose some people find it boring.  And maybe they think it's a waste of time They might prefer going with the flow.

36. What are the benefits of making plans?

  • Oh, so many. I really think planning helps me use my time efficiently. 
  • I know what I need to do next. 
  • I don’t end up feeling anxious or lost.

  • I love taking photos with my friends to capture our time together. 
  • Whether we have a good time or visit interesting attractions, photos helps us to keep previous memories

  • Not really. I always keep the photos on my phone. It's more convinent. If I want tot see a picutre, I just scroll through the gallery.

  • Yes, I would say quite a few of my friends love taking selfies, especially when they go out to eat or travel.
  • They often post them on social media. Some even use filters and editing apps to make picutres look better.

  • Not really. I think photography is cool. But it's also expensive and quite technical. You need gear, skills and a lot of time

  • Not very often.  Sometimes I just cook for myself. I can make some simple dishes like curry chicken and Chinese noodel.

  • My anxiety makes cooking for a group stressful. And I am always worried I will mess sth up.

  • To be honest, I think being a chef is not an ideal job for everyone.
  • It's physically demanding,  mentally stressful, and the hours are often long and irregular.

  • I feel really good when someone compliments me. 
  • It makes me more confident and helps me forget the stress. 
  • Even a simple "well done" can brighten my mood.

  • I can't think of one specific moment, but I do remember teachers saying encouraging things like "well done."

  • I have to admit that I have a bad habit of staying up late in the evenings.

  • I prefer more rules. Because it allows students to acquire usual knowledge in a good environment, which benefits the students in the future.

  • Yes, definetly. I don't like a routine life. Growing fruits is a brand-new experience for me.

  • I do lend things to others. I try to be as much generous as I can.

  • During the day, I make sure I take a few breaks. I usually take 10 minutes for a break to recharge myself.

  • They might be overworked and run out of energy.

  • I prefer to have several short breaks instead of one long break.
  • The problem with one long break is that by the end of the break you might not be that productive. 
  • With short breaks I can relax and recharge without completely breaking my concentration.
