Guidance Package Manager button doesn’t appear in the VS menu

Problem:

After installing Enterprise Library 3.1 – May 2007, when I open vs.net, there is no Guidance Package Manager button in the Tools category of VS's menu.

Solution:

After installing Enterprise Library 3.1 – May 2007, you should also install Guidance Automation Extensions (GAX) and Guidance Automation Toolkit (GAT).
