SmartFusion2 使用 libero 烧录 softconsole 编译的 HEX 文件 到 eNVM 的方法

解决方式：  更换 softconsole  链接文件  "${workspace_loc:/${ProjName}/CMSIS/startup_gcc/production-smartfusion2-execute-in-place.ld}"
