centos7中安装 axtchain 命令

 

001、系统信息

(base) [b20223040323@admin2 test]$ cat /etc/redhat-release
CentOS Linux release 7.6.1810 (Core)

 

002、官网下载：https://hgdownload.soe.ucsc.edu/admin/exe/linux.x86_64/?C=N;O=A

 

 版本过高。

 

003、使用canda安装

conda create -n ucsc_ljx
conda activate ucsc_ljx
conda install bioconda/label/cf201901::ucsc-axtchain

 

 

004、调用测试

(ucsc_ljx) [b20223040323@admin2 test]$ which axtChain
~/software/miniconda3/envs/ucsc_ljx/bin/axtChain
(ucsc_ljx) [b20223040323@admin2 test]$ axtChain

 。
