emacs简单配置和scheme环境

首先把 debian 升级到11。

然后安装 emacs 和 mit-scheme，虽然不是最新版，但是学习《程序语言的解释和构造》，已经足够了。

再就是 emacs的默认配置文件是 .emacs 把它移动到 ~/.emacs.d/init.el 中。

加入以下配置内容：
