Use ExecTI to run cmd.exe as TrustedInstaller.
In the command prompt opened as trusted installer, type or copy-paste the following command:
del /A /F /Q "%WinDir%\\ServiceProfiles\\LocalService\\AppData\\Local\\FontCache\\*FontCache*"
