3. CS:

4. Rational：
   亲戚恩重如山，生死共度难关。
   余粮不多，援助几许。
   尚能自保，爱莫能助。

海纳百川，追求卓越，开明睿智，大气谦和。

Rational D.M.: Logical, Consistent and maximize value
BoundedRational D.M.: "Good Enough" based on reality or limitations of their roles.
Intuitive D.M.: on the basis of Experience, feelings and accumulated judgement.{Conscious/Feelings/Emotions/Experience/Knowledge/Predicative,Rational,Irrational}:
EBMs: the systematic use of best available evidence;
Crowdsourcing: Crowdsourcing. relying on a network of people outside of the organization's traditional set of decision makers to solicit ideas via the Internet. for example, finding Innovation solutions to problems.With the power of collectivity and ideas of many.
