美英科创文化商业对比：Stochastic•Random: 都有“随机”的意思但Random更通用而Stochastic是Academic学术研究专业用词

Open开放、Diversity多元、Inclusiveness包容、Democracy民主、Science科学、Innovation创新、Republic共和(
这些人及公司的人身、自由、财富及应有之权利都有非常好的保障,
如阳光、土地、水、自然般滋润美国🇺🇸人的自信、自强、自由、开放与包容；
不至于“高级黑”的政府/军队/党派/银行/公司: 你学习奋斗创新，而我霸蛮割韭菜强权占你抢财~
高级黑手段：围追堵截、绑架人头强迫控制人身、颠倒黑白是非、欺瞒诈骗、威逼利诱、冤狱…
)，

普世价值观念，人民立场、以人民为中心、为人民服务，谁都可以喊与传，
而是理论、言语宣传、行动、实际要一致，并受到群众民主与全球各国监督检验并大多数接受；
不然纸是包不住火的。

英国UK🇬🇧的文化与商业：
将Dictionary信息分级分段, 每一级一本字典，例如:
Oxford Advanced/Intermediate/Elementary Learners Dictionary,

已购OALD En-En Dictionary 10th Edition原版原价308RMB，国际三八妇女节活动价收一本；
总之内容、设计、配图、编排、纸张、印刷、制作方方面面全都严谨精美；
而且全书将近2000页找不到什么错误。

但是一查Stochastic这个词，居然Oxford Academic Dictionary又是一本~

一如用过的Standard Chartered CN的银行服务，付费服务高价高质，
尊重用户的人权、隐私、数据安全、人性化、服务这些方面是接轨国际化的；
作为专业严谨的传统银行代表之一，也是可靠的长期合作伙伴之选。

但是SC CN在先进高科技应用方面，不如支付宝微信，甚至工农中建交邮储这些银行的进步；
实例：SC CN的App:

  • 交易记录的查询，只有显示交易金额；而其它银行的查账都是“复式记账”增减各计一笔。

    其实SC CN的服务与英美的SC服务与App大有出入，也就可以轻松理解，你懂的；)

而传统与现代，人文与高科技，安全与便捷高效并不对立，可以通过改革开放做到矛盾统一。

同理，还有用英国🇬🇧大使馆的赠品、Pearson Education培生英文原版教科书、GSK的SENSODYNE和药品, 总之，其他国与公司有权有钱不一定能做出这种严谨科学的上乘、精美、大型巨制；而英国🇬🇧不仅能做出，还热卖全球，但价格不是一般的高贵。

倒是近几年，英国先脱欧，而后英国历史上首位有色人种的印度裔首相Rishi Sunak胜选及组阁，
英国告别Queen时代迎来King Charles III新时代，而且🇬🇧Parliament参议院与众议院已经选举出稳定的Sunak执政府；

从思想理论的与时共进，组织布局、选举达成共识Consensus、执政改革、生成果实、稳定可持续，是国际与国内力量斗争与相互选择的。尽管，大多数国家都在宣传与标榜“改革开放”，但是改革开放必然触动既有利益集团；
因此，从总体结果进行客观对比，可以倒推出一国一政府一公司的内部整体活力。

总体上美国的开放、多元、包容、民主与科学程度更胜一节；
特别是引进移民数，美国🇺🇸要远超过英国🇬🇧，
而正是大量的移民及其后代组成的新美国人🇺🇸推动美国源源不断的强大并世界领先。

印度是正在上升的新星：
美国、英国的政坛、经济、科技、…各领域都有重用印度裔的领袖人物，
而且美国英国都在国际上加强与印度政治、经济、贸易、科技、人才、…的合作。
