1.外缘电容Cof，Outerfringe

2.內缘电容Cif，Innerfringe

3.重叠电容Cov，Overlap

4.侧壁电容Cside，Sidewall

怎么能把圆柱纳米线变成nanosheet，在建模的时候可以用两个长方体和一个圆柱来形成，通过长方体内切圆柱，但是模型应该如何改动
