The structure of the paper is :1. introduction, 2. clickthrough data in serach engines, 3. a framework for learning of retrieval function, 4. an SVM algorithm for learning of ranking functions, 5. experiments, 6. discussion and related work, 7. conclusions and futrue work, 8.acknowlegment, 9. references.
Oachims presented a method of automatically optimize the retrieved data. I didn't find the decision funciton, I will try to find it next time.
