两句意思相同。第二句容易错翻成“所有电影都不基于真实的故事”。

表 全部概念（\(\text{all, both, every, each, everything, everybody, everyone...}\)）加 \(\text{not}\) 需部分否定，即可翻译为“并不是所有，一部分”。

而如果要表示全部否定，可以用 \(\text{none, neither, no, nobody, nothing, no one...}\)。

“所有电影都不基于真实的故事。”
