Read the following 4 Figures which show the results of a study. Fig. 1 presents the frequency of eating foods prepared away from home. Fig. 2 and Fig. 3 shows the age, gender distribution and income characteristics of the population eating foods prepared away from home. Fig. 4 shows the correlation between the frequency of eating meals prepared away from home and mortality among Chinese adults 2009-2019.

2. Design a research based on your understanding of the topic and use the results shown in the above 4 figures.
3. Write a 900-word (+-10%) paper to report the whole study in the format of IMRD (Introduction +Methods + Results + Discussion). The 3rd (R) and 4th (D) section are the main body of the paper.
4. Remember to give your course paper a title and section titles. You are encouraged to use subtitles in these two sections to make writing more logical and structurally clear.
5. Remember to include the 4 figures in your writing in appropriate places.
6. The purpose of the course paper writing is to apply what you have learned about an academic paper in the class to writing practice, rather than publishing.
