[WebStrom] Create new project from GitHub

1. Go to the git to create a new repository:

2. Add some ignore file / dir into .gitign

.idea  // Webstrom setting files dir

3. Then open the webstrom load project from GitHub:

VCS --> Checkout from Version control --> GitHub
