IDEA中other settings不见了

IDEA的Other Settings选项是存在，只是因为idea的版本不一样，它们的名字和位置就不一样了。具体的位置如下表

IDEA 2018 file ⇨ Other Settings ⇨ Default Settings
IDEA 2019 file ⇨ Other Settings ⇨ Settings for New Projects
IDEA 2020 file ⇨ New Projects Settings ⇨ Settings for New Projects
