type=" " 时间选择器的类型 date datetime

default-time=" " 设置默认时间 如23：59：59

@change="foo" 选择器值发生改变时触发 foo(val){console.log(val)}  val 为 “2021-11-11 11：11：11”形式的数据

:picker-options=" " 通过这边设置时间限制

value-format=" " 设置时间格式
