--flashback table sh_gonghuo_renyuan to timestamp to_timestamp('2017-11-17 16:00:00','yyyy-mm-dd hh24:mi:ss');
 flashback table sh_gonghuo_renyuan to timestamp (systimestamp-interval '30' minute)
