安装fluent-plugin-kafka

You must use /opt/td-agent/embedded/bin/fluent-gem, not fluent-gem

that is: sudo /opt/td-agent/embedded/bin/fluent-gem fluent-plugin-kafka.

or the install location of plugin will be wrong
