解决Office PowerPoint 2007 输入汉字卡死

已经是很久之前就有的问题了，只要PPT里边一打中文就会卡死，百度了好多都是XP系统解决方法。还不容易搞了一个，这次终于解决了。

现象

在往ppt中写入中文的时候（且用除微软2007以外的输入法），提示安装错误：“The setup controller has encountered a problem during install. Please review the log files for further information on the error.”，点击确定后，程序卡死，提示关闭或者修复。

 

操作系统

windows 7 32 bit

 

 

解决办法

C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\OFFICE12\Office Setup Controller，把这个文件夹删除即可。
