General>>Content Types>>Text>> Java Properties File

选择Java Properties File 点击AddChild...按钮

 

 

 

在弹出窗口中填写一个内容类型的名称，可以理解为将要设置编码格式的文件的目录

 

 

 

选择 Spring Properties File ，在File associations选择Add... 按钮

 

 

 

弹出窗口中填写要设置的文件名称

 

 

 

Default encoding中填写文件编码格式，然后选择Update按钮，最后应用并关闭窗口Apply and Close
