Tomcat启动报错org.springframework.web.context.ContextLoaderListener

解决方案：

1：右击工程项目-》点击properties

2：选择Deployment Assembly

3：点击Add -》Java Build Path Entries

4：选中 Maven Dependencies-》Finish -》Apply-》OK.

5.Clean project and Server 最后重新启动Tomcat..
