执行 yarn install后报错：无法加载文件 C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Roaming\npm\yarn.ps1，因为在此系统中禁止执行脚本。

解决办法：

管理员运行powershell （win7位置在：C:\Windows\System32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0）

执行：set-ExecutionPolicy RemoteSigned
