绿色版PLSQL Developer工具的安装及使用

1. 下载绿色版PLSQL Developer

2. 配置环境变量（主要是Oracle Home、TNS_Admin和PATH）
3. 修改Layout并保存（保存方法：点击 Windws————Save Layout）
4. 取消Allow Multiple connections的复选框（Tools————Preferences————Connection————Allow Multiple connections ）
