一直想当然地以为co是公司的意思，Ltd是有限的意思，所以有限公司的写法是“CO”或者“CO.,LTD.”。但其实Limited有“有限的”和“有限公司”双重含义，其简写“Ltd”有且只有“有限公司”一种意思。“有限公司”在国际上的正确英译是Ltd，因Co.,Ltd.在中国被大量使用，所以也被认可。

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 much of a + 名词是常用的一个特殊结bai构。结构中的“much of”表示du一zhi种程度, 修饰“a + 名词”dao所表示的意思。

A) “称得上……的”、“了不起的”，取“a + 名词”
