注意事项:

1、屏蔽了的 

com.microsoft.jdbc.sqlserver.SQLServerDriver 
与正在用的
com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerDriver 

如果你的SQL SERVER是新点的版本,可能是上一下,如果是旧的,可能是下一个,我这儿折腾了一天

再者,JDBC驱动的版本,不能太高,我放了个高版本的进去,结果提示:
ava.lang.UnsupportedClassVersionError: com/microsoft/sqlserver/jdbc/SQLServerDriver has been compiled by a more recent version of the Java Runtime (class file version 54.0), this version of the Java Runtime only recognizes class file versions up to 52.0

  

数据库要存在,表则MQ会自己建。
