1.下载XAMPP

2.通过Config点击Service and Port Settings修改SSL Port

通过Apache的Config修改记事本中的Listen

保证Apache和MySQL能够正常Start

3.下载wordpress解压到xampp文件夹中，打开htdocs

4.点击Apache的Admin打开网页

5.新建Index.txt输入内容后用localhost打开即可
