centos7 Failed connect to github.com:443; Connection refused

This is often due to firewall settings, incorrect proxy configurations, or DNS problems.

firewall-cmd --permanent --add-service=https

firewall-cmd --reload

# or stop firewalld

systemctl stop firewalld

systemctl disable firewalld

systemctl mask firewalld
