<configuration>。 每个配置文件的根目录。

      <requiredRuntime> ：指定应用依赖的版本。像“v1.0.3705”

      <supportedRuntime>： 指定应用支持哪些版本。

  <runtime>
      <developmentMode> :运行时是否在由DEVPATH环境变量指定的目录下搜索程序集。
      <assemblyBinding> ：Contains information about assembly version redirection and the locations of assemblies.
         <probing> ： 为运行时指定应用程序在加载程序集时的搜索基准目录。
         <publisherPolicy> ；Specifies whether the runtime applies publisher policy.
         <qualifyAssembly> Element ： Specifies the full name of the assembly that should be dynamically loaded when a partial name is used.
         <dependentAssembly> ： 封闭了每个程序集的绑定策略和位置信息。
            <assemblyIdentity> ： 包含程序集相关的标识信息。
            <bindingRedirect> ： 将程序集的版本指向到另一个。
            <codeBase> ： 指定运行时到哪里找程序集。
            <publisherPolicy>
         <gcConcurrent>： 指定运行时是否在独立的线程中执行GC。
