一、错误现象：
    ...
    Mounting root filesystem
    EXT3-fs sdb2: couldn't mount because of unsupported optional features(240) 
    mount: error mounting /dev/root on /sysroot as ext3: Invalid argument
    Setting up other filesystems.
    setting up new root fs
    setuproot: moving /dev failed: No such file or direcotry
    ...

二、错误原因：
    ext3文件系统磁盘分区有问题，重做。
