设置成0，存储磁盘时的值为给定的值，对比时区分大小写。
设置成1，存储磁盘表名被转为小写，对比时不区分大小写。
设置成2，存储磁盘时的值为给定的值，但对比时用小写来比较

On Windows the default value is 1
On OS X, the default value is 2.

 

You should not set lower_case_table_names to 0 if you are running MySQL on a system where the data directory resides on a case-insensitive file system (such as on Windows or OS X).
