Vue ui 创建项目报错： ERROR Failed to get response from https://registry.npmjs.org/vue-cli-version-marker

虽然不影响项目的创建，但看着不舒服

  1. 按【Ctrl + C】退出 vue ui
  2. 输入命令强制清除npm缓存：npm cache clean --force
