屏蔽Windows2003 IIS6.0管理员权限
屏蔽DLL;
开始->运行：regsvr32 /u C:\Windows\system32\msxml3.dll

重新注册DLL,把这一句的/u去掉就是了
开始->运行：regsvr32 C:\Windows\system32\msxml3.dll
