The sound of silence

Hello darkness my old friend

I've come to talk to you again

Because a vision softly creeping

Left its seeds while I was sleeping

And the vision that was planted in my brain

Still remains

Withi  the sound of silence

In restless dreams I walk alone

Narrow street of cobble stone

'Neath the halo of street lamp

I turned my collar to the cold and damp

When my eyes were stabbled by the flash of a neon light

That split the night

And touch the sound of silence.

And in the naked night I saw

Ten thousan people maybe more

People talking without  speaking

People hearing without listening

People writing songs that voice never share

And no one dare

Disturb the sound of silence

"Fool" said I "you do not know"

sSilence like a canser grows

Hear my words that I might teach you

Take my arms that I might reach you

But my words like silent rain-drops fell

And echoed in the walls of silence

And the people bow and prayed

To the neon god they made

And the sign flash out its warning

In the words that it was forming

And the sign said "The words of prophers are written the subway walls amd tenement halls"

And whispered in the sound of silence.

海 暗夜 我的老朋友

我又来和你聊天啦

因为幻觉在悄悄袭来

在我的睡梦中埋下种子

脑海中的幻象生根发芽

仍在缠绕着

在这寂静之声中

在辗转难眠的梦中我独自漫步

在铺着鹅卵石的羊肠小道上

在路灯昏黄的灯光下

我把衣领立起来抵挡冰冷潮湿

当闪烁的霓虹灯刺入我的眼帘

撕裂了夜

然后触碰到了寂静之声

在茫茫夜幕下 我看到

成千上万的人们

人们说而不言

人们听而不闻

人们谱写无人吟唱的乐章

但是无人敢

打破这寂静之声

我说 愚蠢的人们啊 你们不知道

寂静就像顽疾滋长

倾听我的言语我可以教诲你

抬起我的臂膀我可以触碰到你

但我的言语就像寂静雨点簌簌掉落

在这寂静之井中回荡

人们叩首祈祷

向着他们创造的闪耀的神

神迹发出警示

它告诉人们

神迹说：“预言家的话

写在地下道的墙上和房屋的走廊“

在这寂静之声中轻轻低吟
