ThoughtWorks历史：

一直致力于寻找和聘请全球最赋天资、最具激情的软件专家 ,   对技术的狂热追求和各种能想象到的虚拟交流渠道把我们凝聚在一起 。 在过去 10 年里， ThoughtWorks 一直引领着企业软件开发技术的潮流。 

 

 

2001 年 《敏捷宣言》签署，签署人当中 Ward Cunningham 曾经是 ThoughtWorker ， Martin Fowler 和 Jim Highsmith 现在是 ThoughtWorker 。 

2002 年， ThoughtWorks 是最早在大型项目中应用 Microsoft .NET 技术的企业之一。基于我们的实践经验， ThoughtWorks 与微软共同总结了在企业应用中使用 .NET 的设计最佳实践，并于 2003 年出版了《使用  Microsoft.NET 的企业解决方案模式》一书， ThoughtWorks 中国公司总经理郭晓是这本书的作者之一。 

2003 年， *轻量级 J2EE- 开始逐渐取代 EJB 成为 Java 企业技术的主流，很多 ThoughtWorker 在这场潮流中扮演领军人物。例如 Jon Tirsen 和 Paul Hammant ，都是当时轻量级 J2EE 架构的领导者。 

2006 年 ，作为最早 在企业应用中使用 Ruby on Rails 的公司，我们已经开始用 Ruby on Rails 交付了一系列的项目。 Oracle Mix 是全球第一个基于 JRuby 的大型企业应用。 JRuby 的主要贡献者 Ola Bini 是 ThoughtWorker 。 

2010 年， DevOps 和持续交付刚开始引起注意， ThoughtWorks 已经在大量项目中进行了实践。持续交付的领导者 Jez Humble 是 ThoughtWorker 。
