python 安装pyinstaller 失败

python3 Windows下使用 pip3 install pyinstalller 直接去安装pyinstaller发生如下错误：

 如果提示：error: invalid command 'bdist_wheel'，那么需要先安装一下 wheel工具

pip3 install wheel

 然后再去安装pyinstaller

pip3 install pyinstaller
