环境说明

• 本次部署环境为centos8、miniconda

miniconda安装

• conda 下载地址
  
• 上传安装包到服务器，并执行如下的命令。（需要注意的部分已经标注了）

[root@yang mnt]# bash Miniconda3-latest-Linux-x86_64.sh

conda config --add channels https://mirrors.ustc.edu.cn/anaconda/cloud/msys2/
conda config --add channels https://mirrors.ustc.edu.cn/anaconda/cloud/bioconda/
conda config --add channels https://mirrors.ustc.edu.cn/anaconda/cloud/menpo/
#设置搜索时显示通道地址
conda config --set show_channel_urls yes

nodejs安装

• nodejs download
• CentOS 系统上安装最新版本的Node.js

sudo yum install nodejs

npm get registry

npm config set registry https://registry.npmmirror.com/
