Chrome 中 localhost 被强制跳转 https 的解决办法

在地址栏中输入 chrome://net-internals/#hsts，然后找到 Delete domain security policies 栏目，在下面的输入框中输入被强制跳转的地址（例如 localhost）然后点击右边的 Delete 按钮
