Rose"say"

I am a rose,a rose of unparalleled beauty and nobility.Roses like me are truly rare.I have always been acutely self-aware.The Little Prince has always watered me and cared for me with the utmost tenderness and attention.I took it all for granted,of course.After all,I am the only rose on planet B612,and I deserve nothing but the best.I often made all sorts of demands of the Little Prince,and he never once complained.In his gentle eyes,I was his precious treasure,and he was more than willing to cater to my every whim.He had never seen any other rose,and in his mind,roses were supposed to be so delicate and precious,needing all the care in the world.

One day,the Little Prince came to me with a dream in his heart.He wanted to go on a journey,to explore the vast universe beyond our tiny planet.I was reluctant to let him go,but I didn't want to admit it.I was such an awkward little rose,torn between my fear of losing him and my desire to see him happy.I asked the Little Prince to make me a glass cover,pretending to be afraid of the cold.But the truth was,I was not afraid of the cold.I was afraid of him leaving.I was afraid that once he left,I would be alone on this small planet,with no one to water me,to talk to me,to love me.

But I couldn't stop him from leaving.I wanted him to be happy,to fulfill his dreams and see the wonders of the universe.So,with a heavy heart,I generously allowed him to go away,even though I couldn't bear it.I told him to go,to explore,to learn,and to grow.I told him that I would be here,waiting for him,no matter how long it took.And as he prepared to leave,I watched him with a mixture of sadness and pride,knowing that he was off on a great adventure,but also knowing that a part of him would always belong to me,and a part of me would always belong to him.
