Magicodes.IE.Pdf 使用提示 SSL异常问题

项目中有使用Magicodes.IE.Pdf.导出html为pdf，可是最近在使用包含图片的地址的时候，类似于

<img src="https://img.com/test.png">的时候，提示

在本地windows机器上不存在这个问题,咨询群主中尝试过把图片地址换为http也没问题都能正常导出显示

Pdf导出底层基于wkhtmltopdf库的封装，已包含wkhtmltopdf各平台的包，无需再次安装
下载源码之后里面有使用到 Haukcode.DinkToPdf TuesPechkin TuesPechkin.Wkhtmltox.AnyCPU

项目部署方式使用的是docker容器化部署，镜像基础为debian 里面的libssl 默认版本为1.1
