Intelligence & Control (IC) solicits original high-quality contributions in the field of interest covered includes: artificial intelligence, system and control engineering, image and video processing, computer science and information technology, practical implementations of control systems, digital signal processing, machine learning, deep learning, reinforcement learning, object detection, robotics and automation, intelligent control systems, pattern recognition, neural networks, and human-computer interaction. It features articles with theory, analysis, design, or practical implementations of natural or artificial systems. The distinct categories of the paper include regular, brief, survey, and reviews on published books. It is published quarterly online by Scilight Press.

专题分会主席主要职责

1. 规划专题方向：确立专题主题及征稿范围（也可采用组委会拟定的方向）；
2. 组织特邀报告：邀请 2-3 名领域内学者（鼓励青年学者参与）做 20-30 分钟专题报告；
3. 负责组稿与审稿：确保征集稿件不少于 10 篇（确保本环节口头汇报-4篇以上），并组织完成本分会的审稿工作；
4. 主持分会现场：负责会议当天的专题讨论主持工作（若无法现场参会，可推荐本分会其他人员代为主持）；
5. 推荐优秀成果：如有合适的专题期刊资源，可协助推荐优秀论文发表。
