问题1:

srand(time(NULL)) 的作用是设置随机数种子,生成不同的随机数序列,去掉后每次生成的随机序列是相同的。

问题2

生成一个1到N1之间的随机数,组合成 “20256343” 开头的学号并输出;或者生成一个1到N2之间的随机数,组合成 “20256136” 开头的学号并输出。
