ftp的连接
ftp通过一个tcp连接控制,用来发送命令，另一条用来专门传输数据。
只有list、retr、stou、stor等涉及到数据传输的命令才用到第二条tcp连接。

202 Command not implemented, superfluous at this site.
211 System status, or system help reply.
