问题1：报告未选择编写人

系统报告未选择编写人，可自行在编写报告网址中手动填写编写人2（报告id可在取号人台账上查看）
注意：编写报告网址仅有编写权限的人员才能打开

问题2：内嵌标签页打开网址
以下内容在控制台内执行，可实现查看报告、完善报告等功能（id根据需要填写）
刷新当前页面，所有控制台改写的按钮逻辑会自动恢复原样
