EAI Technical Leader

Communication with client to get and find potential business requirement

Lead the team to accomplish the project on time with good quality

Manage customers expectations

Help BD team on the proposal and provide technical support

Provide EAI architecture, solutions according to customers’ business model

Show demo or presenting proposal to clients

Maintain good business relationship with clients

Supervise team members’ work and deliver training

Data modeling experience

Over  5 years related working experience.

Bachelor degree in computer science or related discipline.

Relative more than 3 years application integration working experiences 

Logic and reaction thinking.

Good communication, documentation and interpersonal skill.

Positive, enthusiastic attitude, self-motivated.

Qualified English language skill in both written and spoken.

Good team-work spirit.

Accept frequent business trip

Experience with ERP, DB, EDI or MQ etc.

Experience with webMethods, weblogic, webshpere, Tibco or any of the EAI products

Experience with source and version control products (PVCS, VCS, Microsoft Sourcesafe, Perforce, etc)

Knowledge of basic web security issues: authentication, encryption, authorization, non-repudiation. Knowledge of firewalls, SSL, etc

Experience with public marketplaces, or XML standards: Ariba, CommercecOne, RosettaNet, and CIDX
