MySQL安装提示丢失vcruntime140_1.dll。-->https://www.jb51.net/dll/vcruntime140_1.dll.html

net start mysql开启MySQL提示发生系统错误，系统找不到指定路径问题。

建议：

1版本升级

2卸载旧版本，安装新版本
