Fast food is now very common in china . there are at least two reasons for its popularity. First, fast food is very convenient. You just go into a fast food restaurant , order your food , wait only a few minutes, and then you get your food . you can either eat in the restaurant or put the food in a paper bag and take it away . it saves a lot of time . Second , fast food restaurant such as Mcdonald’s and Kfc look clean , which makes people believe that food served by them is hygeianic ,

Fast food , however also has its problems , the biggest one may be that it usually does not compose a balance diet and not high in nutritional value . that is why it is sometimes referred to as “ rubbish food “or “junk food “.

In my opinion , we should turn to fast food only when we cannot afford a balanced diet . when we can afford the time , we had better place a premium on our health.
