(Solved) Can't Read Card Error Google Pay

You may encounter this error when you make a purchase on a pos machine after:
• You changed your country in google play by adding another payment profile under your google account.
• There are more than one payment profile in your google account.
• There are more than one address in your google account.
• (Not likely) You removed your sim card recently.
I think it may be caused by unmatched address when making a purchase.
Solution
- Login to google wallet by https://wallet.google.com/wallet/home (Do NOT use app)
- Click on the three horizontal lines in the upper left corner. Go Settings.
- Find Addresses. Click Google Account.
- Click Manage Addresses
- Make sure all of your address is the same with the one in your payment profile.
- Delete all the card in your google wallet app. Clear cache and data. Uninstall, reboot, reinstall. Add your card again.

- Open your phone's Settings

- Tap on Google
- On the next screen, scroll down and tap “Settings” or “Preferences” (usually the last item)
- Enter your screen lock PIN or use fingerprint to authenticate
- Turn off the first option, which should be something like: “Verify your identity with screen lock or biometrics before entering payment details”
- Open Google Wallet again and retest contactless payments
- If needed, you can try re-enabling the option in step 6 later
