pip install torch 报错解决方法

1.pip安装torch报错，error：failed cleaning build dir for torch

 2.从官网下载：https://pytorch.org/get-started/locally/#windows-anaconda

 　　选择相应的模块，复制命令重新安装。（None 安装扩展包少，安装快）
