如何解决访问github时出错

 

  Failed to download repo vuejs-templates/webpack: connect ETIMEDOUT（连接GitHub超时导致，页面可以访问github.com，cmd命令行ping超时）

解决：

https://websites.ipaddress.com/，在该网站查找对应IP地址，更新hosts

 

 

 保存退出后，此时可以ping通。
