Job Title: Industrial Engineer (工业工程师)

Responsibility:

Job Description: Industrial Engineers plan plant, production facilities and equipment layouts'' determines the most efficient sequence of operations and workflow'' and establishes methods for maximum utilization of production facilities and personnel. Develops metrics to measure equipment and factory capacity and output, and to identify equipment and process flow bottlenecks. May establish or assist in establishing accident prevention measures and may plan and schedule training programs for personnel concerning all phases of production operations. Conducts studies pertaining to cost control, cost reduction, inventory control, and production record systems. On the basis of these studies, develops and implements plans and programs for facility modifications and revisions to operating methods. Responds to customer/client requests or events as they occur. Job Title: New Product Integration Engineer (新产品整合工程师)

Responsibility:

As NPI/integration engineer, he/she need to understand Assy/Test Process, quality control system, and mfg delivery process, leads DRT (Defect Reduction Team) to drive for modules yield improvement, simplify line process, improve CE!, participate in IJET driving for VF yield improvement, goal benchmarking and setting. Meanwhile he/she should drive for the defect investigation and effective resolution of yield excursions (YI, XRB, etc) which have an integrated assembly, test, materials, die effect. Job Title: Product Engineer (产品工程师)

Responsibility:

Responsible for production support engineering with respect to testing methods, procedures, and problems'' device specification and yield problems'' minor redesign of devices and masks'' analysis of customer returns'' and optimizing device production relative to cost constraints. Assumes responsibility for device after transfer into high volume production and usually responsible for entire device manufacturing operations other than wafer fabrication. May assist customer in device usage problems or customer testing of complex devices. Job Title: Manufacturing System Engineer (制造系统工程师)

Responsibility:

Responsible for supervising the activities of product teams or staff in a manufacturing area. Assesses personnel and material levels to determine production schedules. Assigns personnel and monitors the flow of work in process through the manufacturing facility. Higher job levels establish operating policies and procedures, coordination of multiple functions within a manufacturing facility, establishing strategic plans to ensure production schedules are met within established quality and cost objectives. Responsible for overall safety of personnel, company assets, and the surrounding environment. Responds to customer/client requests or events as they occur. Qualification:

The candidate will report to manufacturing Shift Manager as part of A7T7 manufacturing EIT. Among the responsibilities is to assist the Shift Manager in building the A7T7 shift manufacturing organization and systems from hiring, training to operational. Working in shift required. Technical education background preferred. Candidate must have good interpersonal skills. Must be able to work in a team environment and in shift.

 

Job Title: Test Engineer (测试工程师)

Responsibility

Plans and arranges the labor, schedules, and equipment required for testing and evaluating standard and special devices. Provides test area with parameters for sampling testing and specifies tests to be performed. Compiles data and defines changes required in testing equipment, testing procedures, manufacturing processes, or new testing requirements. Job Title: Process/Equipment Engineer ( 工艺 / 设备工程师) Process/Equipment Engineer

Responsibility:

The candidate will be responsible for the equipment/technology transfer, new equipment installation and qualification and productivity improvement. He/She will ensure continuous improvement projects are carried out to improve equipment performance. The candidate is expected to proliferate the key learning with Virtual Factory and ensure the process robustness and enhancing the equipment reliability through CE! to meet the High Volume Manufacturing (HVM) requirement. The candidate should enhance equipment technicians' technical capability and develop content expert. In addition, he/she is also responsible for the role modeling safety, quality ownership and behavior as defined in the Intel Safety and Business Practices Excellence (BPx) Policy. The candidate should be willing to travel and relocate to other city or country for a minimum of 8 months.

Job Title: Materials Engineer (材料工程师)

Responsibility:

As manufactory Material Engineer, to support the substrate qualification and material quality continual improvement, provide incoming material quality control, address/solve/manage material related excursion, and improvement project as well.

Qualification:

Entry level requirement: MS or above in chemistry or related, working experience in semiconductor substrate or PCB field is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualification

Bachelor degree or above on mechanical, electrical or chemical system. 5 Year above experience on facility operation and people management. Experience in MNC is preferred. Frequent spoken English is required. Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skill is crucial to this position as well.

 

Job Title: Mechanical engineer (机械工程师)

Responsibility:

Lead the mechanic system sustaining for site facility support, include operation & maintenance support to HVAC, compressed air system, cool/chilling/heat water system, fire protection system. Contribute to new project through design, equipment shake down, construction quality assurance, test & commissioning and final hand over. Leverage the mechanic mastery to operation team.

Qualification:

Lead the electric system sustaining for site power support, include operation & maintenance support to substation, transformer, generator, UPS, life safety system, bus bar, VFD, and all electric cable & panels. Responsibilities:

Responsibility:

The person will be responsible for managing automation startup project for new package platform, new product as well as new automation capability in semiconductor assembly test factory. Forms project team, leads the team to develop project gantt and ensures the project is executed per plan. Chairs IT project meeting and represent IT into business group project team. Be accountable for overall IT automation systems readiness to support the business group needs. The person also will be expected to manage a group of engineers and be responsible for performance management, training, budgeting and expense control of his functional group. Job Title: IT Application Support Engineer ( IT 应用支持工程师)

Responsibility

In this position, you will be implementing shop floor control (SFC), decision support (DSS), and station controller (SC) automation systems to support factory startup and subsequently providing on call 24 hours support to ensure maximum application up time to support manufacturing operations. Your responsibilities will also include but not be limited to:

-      Implementing automation integration, customer and stakeholder management and various engineering activities such as proactive monitoring, system upgrade, as well as configuration and testing

Responsibilities:

Manage a group of about 10 employees to Purchase direct, factory indirect materials, and materials warehouse to support loadings for several factories in CD China. Make sure 100% materials availability at reasonable inventory level and total low cost to Intel.

Qualification:

The successful candidate shall strongly demonstrate people management skills and have leadership experiences;  knowledge and proven skills in supplier sourcing, selection, negotiations, management, procurement planning, inventory management and contracting are a must; commodity management & factory set-up  experiences are preferred. Job Title: Site Security Specialist (安全顾问)

Responsibilities:

In this position, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

(1) Responsible for the maintenance of all security and safety equipment at the site to ensure proper and efficient functioning by:

- Regular testing and/or checking of equipment

- On-going preventative maintenance of systems carried out and recorded

- Maintaining records and/or documentation for pre and post installation of equipment

- Reviewing and updating security systems layout on a quarterly basis

- Daily manning of the SCC including training, and response of the officers manning the station

- Coordinating remote sales office systems in addition to the main facility

(2) Recommending enhancement and upgrade of systems to support business need by:

The candidates will need to be Chinese Nationals.  Minimum education requirements are a Bachelors degree in Industrial Hygiene/Ergonomics or closely related discipline, with Masters Degree preferred.  Preferred experience is 3+ years of professional industrial hygiene or ergonomics experience, respectively.  CIH is preferred for the IH position.

Human Resources Manager to support Intel Chengdu site.  Accountable for the timely planning and delivery of HR programs and over-all mgmt. of HR organization.  Enhance capability of HR business partners and specialists.  The position will co-manage a team of 17 HR practitioners at the Chengdu site.  This position will be responsible for identifying business needs and developing implementing HR solutions, programs, interventions and processes in support of organization's ability to achieve its business goals. Requires the ability to partner with and influence senior business managers, work with the PRC HR account teams, as well as with employees at all levels of the organization. Ability to tap  human resource and organization development resources as needed. Responsible for the implementation of corporate human resource programs e.g. Focal programs, employee relations, people movement, leadership development etc. Will participate in development of HR strategies and business roadmaps.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree/7+ years experience,  Master's Degree/5+ years experience or Ph.D. Degree/3+ years experience. Qualified candidates will possess demonstrated HR experience in the areas of employee relations, performance management, labor law, HR indicators and management of an HR organization.  Must exhibit the ff: competencies:  business acumen, data analysis, people management, coaching, stakeholder mgt., organizational assessment and organization development consulting.  Proven ability to work successfully in a team environment is critical.

In this position, you will be responsible for addressing recruiting, compensation and benefits, training, employee and labor relations, safety issues, and personnel research, investigating and dispositioning Open Door inquiries. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Job Title:               Security System Manager (安全系统经理)

Location:               Chengdu

Responsibility:

In charge of the maintenance of all security and safety equipment at the site to ensure proper and efficient functioning, recommend enhancement and upgrade of systems to support business need by benchmarking systems performance to develop BKM and recommend system changes and enhancements, manage inventory of all equipment (back up & spares) to minimize disruption to business, manage the daily badging function to include the controlled dispensing of badges and UAF/CWAF forms. Verify contractor authorizations with Purchasing, and produce approved badges for satellite support sales offices, facilitate working arrangements with security vendors (or employees) to ensure safe & timely installation, routine maintenance and repairs of equipment, testing and commissioning of all equipment installed. Coordination with the regional team on installation schedules, options, etc to conform to the corporate standard.

Qualification:

Bachelor degree or above in electronics or related field. An additional 2 to 3 years of prior working experience

Experience in System Management & Project Management

Proficiency in mechanical, electro-mechanics, digital electronics, and software is required to fulfill the daily work as a chief system maintainer & troubleshooter

Organizational / administrative skills are required to effectively handle spare parts inventory and complete required documentation.
Consistently reliable and timely in all aspects of the position.

Good English skill, both written and verbal.

Job Title: Construction Project Engineer/Manager ( 机建 工程师,机械 / 电力 / 化学 )

Responsibility: primary duties include initiating, planning, leading and managing all facility construction needs, up to and includeing base facility buildings, tool installations, retrofits and smaller facility work. responsibilities include management of AE and contractor service personnel in support of overall project delivery and execution. PM will also lead and manage all aspects of project safety performance. PM will matrix manage project teams comprise of project coordinators, design engineers, EHS, procurement and finance personnel. Special requirements of the position include close interfacing w/ primary project stakeholders-including manufacturing operations persons, facility engineering and operations people, and industrial engineers specializing in office space requirements-to ensure facility construction parameters and designs meet all needs with excellent quality and costs. Additional responsibilities include interfacing with corporate facility engineering to ensure Intel master facility design requirements are met and work done in accordance to corporate construction business guideline. PM will champion improvement efforts in terms of cost and scope, value engineering and help influence cost saving ideas.

Qualification: University degree in mechanical/electrical engineering with 4-7 years experience in construction project or management, preferably with a CM or GC firm involve in industrial high tech building. Strong leadership and team organization skill. ability to coordinate/interface with senior management as well as all project stakeholders.

 

Job Title: Quality Engineer( 质量工程师 )

Job Description:

•  Act as direct interface and single point of contact between Business Integration and CS customer groups in establishing, driving implementation and achieving desired results pertaining to Quality Systems in compliance to ISO9001 standards.

•  Work with internal customers at multiple levels to drive quality improvement projects. Interface with site and regional functional groups, as well as external support resources, to drive alignment of focus and resources and to execute projects to roadmap.

•  Point of contact in support of CS customers' in establishing and sustaining Quality Systems.

•  Lead site QS Team, as applicable, in delivering Quality Systems improvements for the site, in alignment with regional and global CS objectives.

•  Lead CS site Quality System internal and self-audits to ensure conformance to specs and work procedures. Track and drive closure of audit findings/gaps.

•  Develop and maintain a Documentation Management System and owns operations of Document Room to support site CS documentation requirements.

•  Provide regular communication/updates on quality indicators and programs to site CS Management and employees.

•  Oversee the administration of Customer Surveys, identify and monitor closure of defined action plans and close-loop communication with CS customers.

•  Participate in regional quality programs through the Quality Systems Joint Integration Team (QS JIT).
